The Night Oven is a small bakery in Saskatoon that hand-crafts rustic French-inspired baking with a commitment to sourcing organic ingredients where possible, while prioritizing local suppliers to showcase what Saskatchewan has to offer.
We stone-mill locally-grown organic grain in-house to create handmade sourdough bread that is baked in a wood-fired oven. We deeply respect the traditional craft of baking and are passionate about creating good food from scratch.

To help us prepare your order with care, we typically ask for about 2 days notice. This allows us to accommodate most requests and ensure everything is ready for you when needed.
